Empower SEND Young Lives

Empower-Ability SW began with a strong wish to help people with additional needs in the Hayle community. Our founders saw that there was not enough support for developing social skills, especially for young people who often struggle to connect with others and join in community activities. We want to create a welcoming space where young people can not only learn but truly thrive—this is our vision at Empower-Ability SW. 

We are dedicated to breaking down the barriers that make it hard for young people to interact socially. Our aim is to foster an environment where friendship and happiness are at the forefront. We organise a members club, attend local events, and well-planned skills programmes all focused on one goal: empowering individuals. We help them build confidence, create meaningful friendships, and take part in experiences that enrich their lives and strengthen our community. 

At Empower-Ability SW, we believe that every young person, no matter what challenges they face, should have the chance to grow socially and emotionally.
